Please be advised that any broker requesting an advance payment or anyone proposing a purchase of receivables contract as a prerequisite for qualifying for any form of additional financing, including lines of credit, is acting fraudulently. We strongly recommend that you avoid engaging with such entities.

Please be sure to read your contracts and make sure there are no substitutes to this when reviewing any contract claiming to come from our company or receiving an email from someone claiming to be from our company.

We do not have ANY sort of programs offering additional outside financing such as lines of credits after receiving our advance. 

Do not solely use the fact that our logo or name being on the contract is our company. Please do your due diligence when applying. 

If you are in contract stage with us, please be sure to remember that we will only send an email or docusign from our domain, no other domain is authorized to be sending you our contracts.

We have heard of instances that merchant previously received contracts with our name on them, when in fact they have no affiliation with American Choice Capital.
